Larry and Patsy Himes at 8901 Quimby Ct. won Waterford Plantation’s May Yard of the Month competition.  Larry brought along his green thumb reputation when he and Patsy moved here from Fredericksburg, VA.  He and B_Unique Landscaping’s Brad Cobane worked together on the original yard design.  Since the primary installation, Larry has continued to develop and tweak the landscape.  Patsy claims to take a background position, but she occasionally gently tells Larry, “I didn’t know you were going to plant it there.”   Larry readily admits that the question inspires him to rethink his site selection and relocate the plant in question.
